                                 INTRODUCTION 

North  Star Technical Services LLC is established to provide total manufacture and maintenance solutions to clients in the Oil & Gas, Petrochemicals, Power, Fertilizer, Chemicals and Refinery Industries.

With the Machine Shop, Fabrication, Maintenance and Hydro Test facilities set up in Sohar, NSTS is well poised to deliver prompt, cost effective and  time bound services to our valued customers for performing the following activities.

Machining services including CNC Machining for manufacture of API 6A   X- Overs, Flanges, T ees, Crosses,  Drilling X-overs, Pulleys, Drilling Motor Spares, API 7 Threads and all types of engineering spares.

Fabrication of  Pre Engineered Buildings, pipe spools, Water storage tanks, Pipelines and all sorts of engineering fabrication works.

Maintenance, Refurbishment, Repair and Testing of Ball Valves, Gate valves, Control valves, Butterfly valves, Safety Relief Valves, Plug Valves,  API 6A Gate Valves, X-mas trees, Well head Equipments, BOP, Choke Manifolds--- etc.

 Hydro and Gas testing facilities with certification would be available for above mentioned valves and pipelines.

MACHINE SHOP

North Star Technical Services is Equipped with a range of manual lathes, milling machines, , Surface grinding, cylindrical grinding and Drilling machines.

Specifications of these machines  are selected to meet the requirements of clients in the Oil & Gas, Petrochemicals, Power generation and Refinery Industries.
